TAP Air Portugal relaunches Porto Alegre route

Flights will resume to Porto Alegre on April 1st, 2025, further boosting TAP’s connections in Brazil

The airline will operate three flights per week to the Rio Grande do Sul state capital of Porto Alegre aboard a A330-900neo aircraft.

Return flight fares lead in from £540 to London.

The route relaunch comes almost one year after the closure of Salgado Filho International Airport which shut its doors on May 3rd, 2024, due to major flooding within the region.

This new route boosts TAP Air Portugal’s Brazilian connections, bringing the airline’s total services up to nearly 100 per week to 13 Brazilian cities.
